Has anyone seen the situation where the Analytics icon disappears from the Portal?

The Analytics worked for about a week but then the icon disappeared. In the portal under "Navigation" settings the "Analytics" option does not appear. I am licensed until 2018 so it should not be a license issue. Cireson support staff have tried to help but after three weeks and a lot of logs they have not been able to put their finger on the solution so I am asking this wider group in case one of you may have come across this before.

    Often Navigation options that point to various licensed solutions disappear when the licensing process cannot contact the server. Even though it appears you are fully licensed and it's working appropriately, you may need to switch to Air-Gapped licensing if the Licensing server can't be contacted due to proxies or firewalls that are in place.
