Advanced Send Email sending from multiple email address

We have a SCSM environment where we have multiple departments that use this for ticketing.  That being said, is it possible for the Advanced Send Email to send FROM multiple email addresses?  So if the help desk emails a user, it comes from the help desk email (then if the user replies, it will go to the help desk email).  If business emails a user, it comes from the business email address, etc.
