Has anyone created surveys that are tied to a specific issue or request?

We don't have a test environment and am trying to understand how the survey dashboards will display results.  I can't find any documentation in Cireson's knowledge base on the survey dashboards.  If you have implemented these I would love to chat.....

    We have it implemented and send survey link on each Resolved/Completed request. 
    We use PowerBI for reporting not the dashboards.

    @Adrian_Mataisz is there an APP for Power BI for the cireson portal?  If not, did you create dashboards or reports?

    It will look like this in the Dashboard results. Clicking the green boxes  will open the details of the results including WI details.

    No APP that I know of. We use reports in PoweBI, you can use dashboards as well. 
    Our consultant build it, they are Cireson partners.
    Let me know if you need their  info.

    Hi @Julie_Johnson, as for targeting the surveys this is easily achievable by setting a flag on an unused property within the incident or service request and then using the notification subscriptions to trigger the communications. In our environment we've elected to include the survey link with the IR resolution or Service Request completion notifications.
