Extending OotB console tasks

Hi all,

Is it possible to somehow extend or easily replicate the functionality of a OotB console task? Specifically I want to add a "Create KA" option in the "Search Knowledge Articles" task, and it would be nice, if I didn't have to manually recreate the whole task. Does anyone know if this is possible?

    I dont' believe anything should be stopping you from configuring the following in the console:

    Library -> Tasks -> New Task

    Full Path to Command: explorer.exe
    Parameters: https://portalURL.domain.tld/KnowledgeBase/New

    Are you referring to linking to the Cireson portal or ootb SCSM portal? I would like to do this for the SCSM KB and not Ciresons HTML KB.

    Ahhhhh, entirely misread this. Apologies.

    I'm always led to believe anything is possible, but I'm not sure how you could invoke this action.

    Yeah, I guess it could be possible. At this point, I just don't know how :(

    So I hope some of our wonderful community peers could give me a hint.
