Installer Pre-Req checks enhancements

To the best of my knowledge, the v2 ConfigMgr portal installer while infinitely more streamlined than v1 process has a small hangup that requires some investigative work to determine the root cause.

Specifically, if the server you are attempting to install the ConfigMgr portal on is missing MSDeploy the installer will fail citing the inability to query a registry key. The registry key in question relates to MSDeploy. This request seeks to improve the installation process by either making this error more verbose or verifying for existence of MSDeploy during prerequisite checks.

With upcoming changes to the installer this is no longer necessary.

This should be a basic check to do, and either auto-install Web Deploy or give an explicit message that it's missing and maybe even a link to download it. Upvoted!

Thanks. We do have a request in the system to create a pre-requisite checker (very much like Configuration Manager does) for the CMP itself. No commitment yet to creating it or when it might be available.

Please do keep submitting suggestions :-)
