Missing scheduled start/end dates for SR

When displaying the Scheduled Start Date and Scheduled End Date fields in the Team Work or Active Work, nothing is displayed. I have attached two images; first showing the missing dates and the second showing the SR where the properties show those fields were set.

This does work for Release Records, but I haven't tested CR, IR, or PR yet.

Current Portal Version: 5.0.2.1

    this could be due to the fact that the fields are part of a manual activity, which does not have a link in scsm database. It will work in the CR as there is a combination class which includes Manual Activity.

    I am setting the dates in the SR class object directly and not associated with a MA. This can be accomplished by PowerShell or Orchestrator. These fields are not directly accessible from SCSM Console or Cireson Portal. But they are fields in the Service Request class that can be set. Just like Release Records.
