Is there an issue with the 64-bit Skype Add-On App?

One of our analysts uses 64-bit office and Skype so he downloaded the 64-bit add-on for Skype. It installs but when you right-click and expose all of the functions for that user, left-clicking anything (assets, details, whatever) does nothing.  Anyone experience this?  We might have to have him install 32-bit Skype and use that add-on to see if it solves the issue.  Nobody on 32-bit is experiencing this issue.  Thanks!

    Did you guys ever happen to find a resolution to this? We're testing out the Skype app add-on and having this issue on a few PCs (both 32-bit and 64-bit), while the others are stuck in a "Management Server Name" prompt loop.
