When trying to resolve a PRB ticket, the auto resolve button and resolution box is grayed out.
PRB ticket does have INCs attached as well as a MAN in progress.

to resolve a problem use the "Change Status" task in the right hand bar, after you have set the problem to resolved here and save/apply
once the problem is in the resolved state you can then fill out resolution details and choose if you want to auto resolve any incidents attached to the problem using the check box5
