MA Support Groups question
I've configured it as documented. It works just fine for CRs (except it doesn't have a value in the Support Group column in the grid), but MAs don't seem to show up.

1. MA class is extended to add a new enum list (support group)
2. New enum list is selected in the "Portal Group Mappings" settings page of the SCSM Console (note-- not "Console App Tier Mappings," although that has similar function)
3. After setting the enum list in (2) above, and reopening "Portal Group Mappings," make sure your MA Support Groups are mapped to an AD group
4. Restart CacheBuilder so it can populate group membership
