How to create a view for affected work Items for Business services?
I have tried to use the available combination class Service Map (advanced) and Work Item (Advanced) and in the criteria tab, I have select 'Is Related to Configuration Item" and "about configuration Item"to create a view of CI (business services) to affected work items, this view won't show any affected work items. Can you please suggest which combination class I have to use in this case to get a best view of all work items that are affected by business services?

Tony_Collett Cireson Support Super IT Monkey ✭✭✭✭✭Hi Amit,
Thanks for the question. I got together with Brett and Joivan yesterday to have a chat about this and while it's possible to do within Service Manager, some customisation of Type Projections makes this kind of thing easier to handle and adapt for use in Service Manager.
We have created a Type Projection for what you are after and have a copy for it for download here.
To set it up, all you need to do is to install the MP, then create a View for the new Combination Class called Cireson TP Affectred Related CI
You can select from either About Configuration Item [Business Service] or Is Related To Configuration Item [Business Service] to be able to set this criteria up to show items that have business services attached.
Let me know if you have any questions around this
