Auto populate incident ID and Assigned To from a link sent in an Incident resolved notification email.  In share point I was able extract the incident ID and Assigned To user (and any other field) and apply that to the URL link to take the survey, so that those fields are populated automatically when a user clicks the link in the email to take the survey.  This is similar to using the &workItemId=$Context/?$Id$? at the end of the url path to link the incident.

    Any update on this? Are there any developments of the survey app on the road map?
