Support groups and Incident tier Queue

I've tried deleting and also creating a new support group in Incident Tier Queue and the change does not carry over to the Cireson portal. Meaning the Queue I deleted is still selectable and the new queue does not show. I've restarted the Cireson Cache builder and no change. This occurs in all three of our environments. Any ideas?

    Enumerations are cached on website startup, so you will also need to recycle your Cireson Portal Application Pool.
