Missing Team Work

We have just setup our Cireson portal and the one thing we can't find anywhere is this Team Work screen we have seen screenshots of.

We have given ourselves administrator access in the SCSM console, and can't find the Team work option in the Navigation area, Team Requests is there as is My Work.

We have just upgraded from 8.0 to the latest and still are missing Team Work.

We have searched these forums but haven't found anything relevant.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Hi Shane

    Team work is part of the analysts portal feature, have you licensed the portal in the admin settings?

    If licensed then check your logging in as a user who is a member of the AnalystsADgroup (AD group you specified during installation).

    Hi Joe, we are only using the community Portal version, so we have to buy a license for the analysts portal feature?

    It would have been nice if this was made clearer somewhere on your support site as we have spent quite a bit of time investigating this.
