Auto Close Setup
I'm working in a test environment and I've completed the install as directed but the auto close workflows don't seem to be applying to any incidents. I've installed the applications on the primary service manager server. Do i need to uninstall it and move it to the primary workflow server? I've restarted the cache builder, the application pool and the portal and allowed up to 10 minutes past when the workflow should have run. Any suggestions as to what i have done wrong will be greatly appreciated.
