Work item reminder

Reminder function,
create reminder on a work item that sends something within the portal or/and via mail.
Alow of the time a suggest a solution, sent out a mail "get back to me if this does not work, if i dont hear anything i will close the incident in a couple of days"
But as we humans do we forget, i have a community solution in place for the console and this is a function that alot of us use and would like to se in the portal.
