External Tools for Users
We are using all sort of Sharepoint Form to automate through Orchestrator operations on users and computers.
One of our goals with CMP was to centralize our Service Desk & Help Desk operations on one single platforme that centralize all information they need. Thus I'd like to know if it would be possible to consider adding "External Tools for Users" as it'll allow us to easily push information coming from the CMP to a forms and deal with user operation as well as we do with computers.

Well, anything is possible :-) We do listen to feedback from our customers, and try to work on requests that we hear a lot. This is the first that I've heard of having External Tools for users. Can you offer some ideas on what type of actions you'd want to see on Users? That would certainly help us prioritize the work.

External tools are possible to use and create simple URL calls to.
This can be used to navigate to another page or to use a URL based API call to invoke something.
The latest versions of Control Center now have a LOT of extra features that call a lot of Remote Management at you may not be aware of.
Also, the latest versions of both Control Center and the Service Manager portal now integrate together so you can make these same calls from within the SCSM portal to tie the support and resolution pieces together.
