duplicate entries for "affected user CIs" values

Hi folks

We've started using Cireson Asset Management a few days ago.

One strange thing is that there are duplicate entries for the "affected user CIs" values on Incident forms like:

I guess that's because there are different object -types with the same name like


How do you handle that?

We would only need the "Hardware Asset"-object, can we hide the others?

    Hi Silas. You should be able to filter the results by class (both in the console form and Portal form) so you could limit to only Hardware Assets.
