Service Summary E-mail (scheduled)
A daily or weekly e-mail (report) outlining changes in Wok items (IR,SR,CR,PR,MA…) by support groups like what we can do on SharePoint lists. i.e.: What’s new, completed, closed, SLO in warning or breached… With this kind of summary, a helpdesk manager can easily and quickly follow-up what is going on in his team.
