Can't save changes to Service Requests in Cireson Portal

We are getting the following error when we try to save a change to a Service Request in the Cireson Portal:

"Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Common.ObjectNotFoundException: An object of class ManagementPackClass with ID xx cannot be found"

I do a search for the management pack in question and nothing appears so yes it can't be found but none have been deleted. Incidents and Change Requests are fine.

    Have you recently made changes to the Service Request forms in the console?
