Not sure if this is an hidden option or it needs to become a request for an enhancement. When a URL is copied into the Action Log it stays simple text, it would be very beneficial for it to auto translate into a hyperlink. Especially since this is web based tool and available via a phone. Needing to copy and paste the URL seems so nineties. A hyperlink can be added via email but it gets strips away in the actual Service Portal Action Log. We use these hyperlinks to provide access to sensitive information or attachments that exceed size allowances. Am I missing something? Thank you!

This is not a hidden option, or an unusual request. There may be some design constraints why the action log stores in simple text. I would recommend suggesting a feature request so the community can vote on it.
