Can the action log comment box be moved up the main portal page

To make it easier for our users, I would like to move the Action log comment box to just under the description box.

Also, I would like to hide the alternate contact method, and reduce the size of the description box.

Hi James,

Yes all possible.
Inside the portal files you will see Scripts --> forms --> templates
Inside here is a form definition file for each class of object
However, don't edit them here, instead take a copy and move to portal files --> CustomSpace
This will now act as a override for the default form definitions.

Edit this copied file as required, deleting the control for Alternate Contact method, adding a Rows: x property into the Description control and moving the action log section higher up the file and therefore up the form.
