Any logs to troubleshoot Cireson Customer Portal
I have a customer who is having an issue submitting a particular Service Request. I have already recreated the RO and template several times and verified his permissions to the RO. I removed and added back to group and role, as well as run the SQL script that verifies in the tables his permissions to the RO.
So I was wondering if there is a log file created on the local machine that might tell me where the issue is.

Not on the local machine but check the WebConsole.log on the web server. See get a full understanding, you may need to increase the logging level.
