James_Atance Cireson Support Advanced IT Monkey ✭✭✭If I am understanding you correctly then you can change the the Contract Status Warning Threshold within the Cireson Asset Management Settings Page under the Contract Status Update Workflow tab.6

Is there any possibility to set a warning threshold per Contract? And not a global threshold for all? We have different support & maintenance contracts for different software
