Limiting what is viewed in portal

We have 4 groups setup in our Service Manager. Networking, Help Desk, Facilities and Programming. The managers in each group wanted to be able to see all their Team Requests but only want members of their group to see only their own work. I seem to remember that there was a way to do this but I'm at a loss right now. Maybe it needs to be done on the Service Manager side?

    Hi Sandy

    For Team Work: You want to configure your Portal Group Mapping Settings in the SCSM console. Mapping Each support group to an AD group.

    This way Team work will show only the workitems assigned to Support Groups that the Analysts are a Member of.

    For Team Requests: You configure group settings in the portal admin settings, however this is  for end users to be able to see workitems where their team members have logged jobs and the affected user is in the same AD group as them.

    Thanks for the note back, Joe. It looks like we may not be able to limit what users in a specific group can see within their respective groups. Our managers don't want individual users seeing what the other folks are doing.
