Where can I manage them, I need to delete one created by another analyst and I thought I was able to do this?
john_doyle Cireson Support Ninja IT Monkey ✭✭✭✭If you are a knowledge manager, you should have access to the Knowledge Manager Dashboard in the dropdown menu in the top right-hand corner of the portal. The KB articles are displayed in a grid and there are buttons to view/edit/delete each one.
I just realized that the deletion button doesn't actually work in the current release and I have also figured out why not. For the moment, you are going to have to use the method provided by @Justin_Workman. Edit the KB article and use the Delete link on the bottom of the screen.
Yep no worries, I noticed the delete bin archived instead!
