SSP new Installation issue. An error occurred while processing your request.

I installed last version SSP on SCSM 2016. After Installation process, portal functions working fine but I am getting an error when I want to select spesific  workitem. 
Error screen shot like as below.
Did I miss something or Is there a missing configuration related this issue?

    Have you requested a community license from Cireson? and added that key in the settings of the portal?

    We have the free SSP license. This funcionality was discontinued for this new version?

    We want to use free ssp for one of our test environment. When we install the latest version of portal, this issue occured. After we installed old version of ssp portal. It worked fine.
    I think this issue is related to new version. Maybe it is a bug.

    In the latest version of the portal analyst functions, like editing work items, are not part of the SSP.

    Hi Justin,

    This is end user related issue. this error appear when I login to ssp by an end user account.
    It is not belong to analysts or their functions.

    By the way, I installed latest version ssp on two different environment. Result is the same.
