Can a view contain service requests, incidents, and change requests?
If a group wishes to see all of their pending work in one view in the console and/or Analyst Portal, is that possible? Using views seems to be segmented to each work item type and a search of the forums turned up nothing directly addressing this.Thoughts?

For console assigning you have to install and set Console Tier Mapping and GroupAssign. Those mapping could be different than in portal.
Atfer upper setting, your support groups should see all workitems that are assigned to theirs groups.
For end user in SM portal you could need to make sattings in Team Request View.
