How do I add new knowledge base categories in the portal KB?
Tried searching for this but came up blank ... someone must know :-)

Click your user name on the top right of the portal.
Option = Enumeration Settings
Edit Knowledge Article Category Enumeration List.5 -
Marc-Andre_Lafleur Customer Adept IT Monkey ✭✭On the portal, click on your name in the top-right corner. As an admin, you should see an option called "Enumeration Settings", click it.
Then you should have 3 options, one of which is "Edit Knowledge Article Category Enumeration List".
From there you can manage your knowledge base categories.
