Error while creating first Manual Activity in Service Request !

Hi,

We are experiencing an issue in our Cireson portal while creating the first Manual Activity in the Service Request. We are getting the following results:

1.       Support group name is not saved if only one MA is created.

2.       Support group name for the first MA is not saved if two consecutive MAs are created.

3.       Support group name for MA is saved if it is created after RA. 


The creation of MA is working fine if we create it through System Center Service Manager console.

Please suggest some solution to fix this.

    @Prakhar - Are you talking about templates containing activities with the situations you describe?  Or do you have a custom task in the portal adding activities to SRs?

    @Justin_Workman- these templates do not contain any activity. We are creating a new MA in Service Request

    @Prakhar Sounds like you are running two customization's. One that adds support groups functions to activities and a second that add the ability to attach MA's to active SR's. You need to share what functions you added for the two customization's. Also define what support group is not getting saved the MA support group or the SR support group.
