Error while creating first Manual Activity in Service Request !
We are experiencing an issue in our Cireson portal while creating the first Manual Activity in the Service Request. We are getting the following results:
1. Support group name is not saved if only one MA is created.
2. Support group name for the first MA is not saved if two consecutive MAs are created.
3. Support group name for MA is saved if it is created after RA.The creation of MA is working fine if we create it through System Center Service Manager console.
Please suggest some solution to fix this.
