Portal Calendars - Teams - Making them available to all
They want to do this because they provide audio visual support across the business and want staff to view their calendar before or when raising a new request.
If this is something that is worthy of being a feature request then it would be great if a particular request offering could make use of specific calendars. So when you have a date picker you can select a day and then it showed the teams availability during that day, based on tickets assigned to them with specific scheduled start/ end dates and times. I'm sure that this could go a lot further but any improvements to the date picker and linking calendars to other areas of the portal would be much appreciated.
