Portal Calendars - Teams - Making them available to all

We have a team that wants to make their portal calendar available to everyone. Is this possible? Has anyone tried it? They would want to rename their calendar so its more friendly for the end users. Alternatively, creating a new calendar that is available to all.

They want to do this because they provide audio visual support across the business and want staff to view their calendar before or when raising a new request.



If this is something that is worthy of being a feature request then it would be great if a particular request offering could make use of specific calendars. So when you have a date picker you can select a day and then it showed the teams availability during that day, based on tickets assigned to them with specific scheduled start/ end dates and times. I'm sure that this could go a lot further but any improvements to the date picker and linking calendars to other areas of the portal would be much appreciated.
