Portal Calendars - Teams - Making them available to all
They want to do this because they provide audio visual support across the business and want staff to view their calendar before or when raising a new request.
If this is something that is worthy of being a feature request then it would be great if a particular request offering could make use of specific calendars. So when you have a date picker you can select a day and then it showed the teams availability during that day, based on tickets assigned to them with specific scheduled start/ end dates and times. I'm sure that this could go a lot further but any improvements to the date picker and linking calendars to other areas of the portal would be much appreciated.

Definitely possible to do the first part if you created a new Calendar from scratch for that team. It would follow the "Calendar Colors" process (link below) with the difference being the SQL Query. You would just need to alter that Query to return only tickets for that team. After that you would just scope the new Navigation Node to any Security Group(s) of your liking.
