Unfortunately I don't have any personal experience with any specific SMS gateways, so I'm not able to recommend anything. There's an (bit older) article on Technet which mentions Twilio: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/30247.make-system-center-orchestrator-text-faster-than-a-teenager-using-powershell-and-twilio.aspx which you may find useful.

Adam_Dzyacky Product Owner Contributor Monkey ✭✭✭✭✭The option I've taken is avoiding SMS gateways altogether and instead relaying the message through Exchange (whether it be through SCO or SMA). In the states at least, carriers provide a mechanism to do something such as:
xxx.xxx.xxxx@att.net
xxx.xxx.xxxx@verizon.net
or some variation of the sorts. This way you can simply use your email channel to send emails to mobile phones that are delivered as SMS.7 -
Matt_Medley Member Advanced IT Monkey ✭✭✭Exchange 2013 and up has an SMS delivery option built in. It requires configuration of the DAC / DeliveryAgentConnetor for functionality.
