@mailadress - no teams
Hello, the new functionality to send mails from the comment field is a good idea. Unfortunately we are not able to enter our Teams and if we enter a Name like "Schmitz" that is a very common name in Germany it is most times not possible to find the user I am searching for.

To scope down the users that display after entering @ and the first few letters do the following:
In the Portal Settings > Admin Settings > Email Settings > Scroll to the bottom
You will see a section for "AD Group Filter"
Enter your SCSM All Analysts group or similar to scope down the users that return.
If for some reason this setting is not there, update to the most recent version of the Portal.
