TeamWork- setting up filter on the Assigned To column

Good afternoon
We have just migrated to SCSM2016 and Cireson (8.3.1.2016). In the previous version of the Cireson portal (think we were on 5.x) we could use the Does Not Contain option and use a space as a criteria. This would remove all the Assigned Analysts and only leave the tickets that had the Assigned To which were empty.

The new version if you do use the Does Not Contain and put one space in the criteria field it does not filter.

Is there a way to use the TeamWork to only show unclaimed calls using a filter? I know we can create a specific search and save that but we were hoping using the filters we could achive the same thing.

Kind regards
Eugene

    Good afternoon
Update to this is that you can use the filter "Does not contain" space and it filters on this and removes all assigned to users leaving just the unclaimed in the Active Work view.

(Further update - Found a work around). It works for TeamWork if using multiple spaces and then deleting all extra ones.
