Has anyone tried integrating MS Dynamics 2015 with SCSM R2 2012?

Hi has anyone tried side-by-side integration to enable an SR to open a ticket in CRM (and therefore start off a CRM casework record?) This could be a direction for Cireson (after integration with Project and Outlook)
