Missing offering while being in the correct role definitions
My HR users are in AD group SG_SCSM_HR
I also have another AD group SG_SCSM_TEST
I have created the following User Roles:
End-User HR - Users in this role have access to SO's for HR as defined in the Catalog Group for HR (AD members are SG_SCSM_HR)
End-User TEST - Users in this role have access to the TEST Service Offering as defined in the Catalog Group for TEST, and this service contains SRO's in development (AD members are SG_SCSM_TEST)
Now I have an end user that is in both the SG_SCSM_HR and the SG_SCSM_TEST groups in AD
However, when I go to the portal as this user, I see the HR offerings, but I don't see the TEST offerings
What am I doing wrong ?

Yes, I did that, and I even waited overnight to make sure that all AD connectors had been resynchronized. Still no luck.
