My Active Work Items Settings (problem)

Good afternoon. It is necessary to add a column in the table in the console and on the portal Cireson. The name of the column is Department (Affected user). In the settings of My Active Work Items Settings, I set a tick (Add custom column for this Affected User property (Department)) and click "OK" but this column did not appear not console and not portal.  Is it possible to create this column? Why this fields are two "Add custom column for this Affected User property (Department)" ? In the attachment I attach screenshots. Thanks for the answer.

    That setting will not control or change the Portal view. It will only show in the additional property in the view labeled "My Active Work Items" in the Console.
