Hi,
Got a problem the incidents are showing all fine and correct, but no service requests info is showing.
For example;
In work assigned the av no of SR by analysts is 0 and the breakdown by analyst has nothing, yet incidents are fine. See screenshot.
Any ideas please?

    What ver of portal on you on. Some of the older ver have sync issues in the SQL jobs.

    @Brian_Wiest is correct.  If you check the state of your SQL Server Agent Jobs, it's highly possible you'll find failures for the Insert and Update jobs for SRs.  I believe version 8.3.1 of the portal addressed the issues with the Analytics jobs.
