Unable to see Knowledge Manager Dashboard in Settings

Hi All

Been created some KB HTML article in the Cireson portal and must say love it. However this morning suddenly I can not see the Knowledge Manager Dashboard setting anymore. nothing has changed. how to I get this back.

    This same thing happened to us we had to run this sql query to get everything to show up again. Somehow our knowledge/announcements went to IsPublic 0 in sql.

    UPDATE NavigationNode
    SET IsPublic=1
    WHERE [Location]='C55AC81A-A03A-4918-B9CE-4FDCA339C631'
    
    You may have to restart IIS to see any change.
