Scoped access to Service Catalogues
Created a group containing security group and a catalogue group containing Service offering Z and Request offering ZZ1 in SCSM. created a queue for Support group. Lastly created a incident resolver and Service request analyst user role and added security group ass members..
user aa and bb can see all my service and request offerings not just Z and ZZ!. What am I doing wrong?
