so, i have done a fresh install in my test environment, but cannot log into the portal. what am i missing? my account is in SCSM as a user.

    It looks to me like your key groups(Analysts, Asset Managers, Knowledge Managers) may not exist as CIs in SCSM.

    I would check the CacheBuilder log file. Something is definitely off, the words in *s are localisation keys so you are missing all the translations too. Did it install without issue?
