2 Factor Authentication for User Password Reset

Within Control Center, it would be good to have a button on the Change Users password screen to send their registered Mobile Phone number (Gathered from AD properties) an authentication token that must be typed in by the analyst to then allow them to change the users password.

This would introduce an identification step to allow service desk staff to verify who the user is that is calling before resetting their password rather than just having to take the callers word for it.
