Cireson Portal Analyst

I have realized that the portal is not recognizing users as Analysts. I have the AD Group setup for our SCSM Operators in the portal. They can work as admin in the console. For some reason the portal is not recognizing users as Analysts. Does anyone know a fix for this?

I have verified the accounts are flagged as Analyst in the ServiceManagement Database

    What Analyst experience are you looking for. Are you running the community edition of Cireson Service Manager Portal?

    I just enter the license provided from cireson on my portal,Should i do anything else?

    That should be all you need. Then recycle the App Pool and clear browser cache to ensure everything is updated.

    Hello @Geoff_Ross  I have a same problem. The community version of portal does not have a analyst role? Everyone is users?
