Adding a task to the Incident form in the Portal
Is it possible to add a task to an Incident form so that when an Analyst opens an Incident record, there is a task that enables them to create a new Problem record with the Incident record as a related WI? The Service Manager console has this functionality and would like to replicate this so that Analysts do not have to use the Service Manager console.

Yes, this is possible. In fact we have an example of almost this in the Download section, check out

This is a convert task so it resolves the incident but you can just remove that whole section of code if you want to leave the IR in tact and just create a new PR.
