Filtering default views (My work/Team Work)

Hi Guys,
in our SCSM we made new status for incidents. Is it possible to hide it from default views? Or at least make it as "Inactive work Items"? Did someone tried to hide some work items based on some variable?

    Hi Martin, 
    The default Views only filters out Completed/Closed/Resolved tickets. It doesn't filter other statuses (or custom statuses). You could either create a filter yourself by clicking the options in the columns, although that's on a per user basis and everyone who needs to do it would need to do it for themselves. 
    You could also create a separate view and promote it to the portal and use that instead. More information here: https://support.cireson.com/KnowledgeBase/View/31

    If you would like, you could also raise a feature request to be able to modify the criteria for the out of the box portal views.
