Send E-mail Task - Recipient Fields (To, CC) Issues

The recipient fields in the Send Email task are only initializing with 561 records. This means that the majority of our affected users aren't displayed. 



The other issue we're seeing is that after adding a third recipient, we're not able to see the entire list of recipients. In fact, I don't see the third or any subsequently added recipients. There is not indication of all the recipients or how to remove them. 

Has anyone done anything to address either of these issues that they are able to share?

    The list does not populate with everyone, at any time.  It re-filters as you type, bringing in new matches, though.

    I'm not sure if you are approaching this with custom javascript, but if so I will mention that changing this programmatically has required another unwelcome clinic in the idiosyncrasies of Kendo controls, but it is possible.  Exceedingly difficult IMO due to the TO and CC controls sharing the same datasource, but possible.
