Promote view error

Hello, I got the following error whenever I try to Promote view

Application: System Center Service Manager

Application Version: 7.5.7487.0

Severity: Error

any ideas to fix that?

@Mohamed_Abdelhamid - Can you verify you don't have the wrong version installed?  Like maybe you have the 2016 version installed in 2012 or vice versa?
