expanding the tags for the search bar

Hi All,

I was wondering on how to expand the tags in the search bar within the portal. We have our end users who use the search function and look for things like outlook, word and it doesn't bring up any of our online forms.

We want them to be able to search for outlook and the search bring up all relevant forms for outlook, email issues, etc.

is this possible?

Yeah - well kinda. You can add your search tags in the description of your RO. By surrounding all the tags with <!-- --> which is a HTML comment, they will not be shown on the portal, but should be searchable in the search bar.

E.g.:

<!-- outlook email mailbox -->

Hmm, reading the feature requests, this method unfortunately seems to not work anymore. More reason to vote!

Thank you. I went on both threads and voted for this. Really would love to see it implemented soon.
