Documents and CI (other than Hardware and Software) related to user on SM Portal

Hi, how to make possibility do add documents (pdf, scans) that are related to user eg. confidential confiration and display it on user page (/user/UserRelatedInfoById/). Use can be related to many documents. 
I was thinking to take document as another CI class and show in with dashboard view but im not sure for this. 

Also I'm thinking to make access rights as CI and show it on portal on user page.

Mayby someone has better idea.

Hi Marek,

Your on the right path and agree that creating a new class such as documents for the first part.  Then create custom views or dashboard within the portal to view the required documents.  However, this would require a lot of work and coding and at the end of the day the documents could be accessible through back doors.  Almost sounds like your trying to create a Document Management System (DMS) or HR System within SCSM.
