I have SCSM 2012 R2 and Cireson Community Portal 2012 latest version. When I upgrade SCSM to 2016, how shall I upgrade the Cireson Portal to 2016?

By downloading the 2016 version and running the set up on top of 2012?

Yes that is correct procedure.

If your running any other solutions, such as notify analyst etc. Make sure to also upgrade the management pack and copy any dlls to your workflow server.

Cireson has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Cireson reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Cireson reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Cireson reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, rule, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Cireson’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Always use caution when giving out any information concerning your employer or customers, if any. Cireson does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Cireson specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
