Adjustable Information Fields for User Insights

Our help desk requires our employees to provide their Employee ID number before resetting their password, it would be very useful if there were an option to show this data in the User Insight screen in remote management. This would allow us to perform all of the actions needed in one place. I'm sure other IT departments have similar reasons to want to display other criteria on this page!
